In order to fulfil online orders, we’re following UK government guidelines.

This will help to protect our team members, and includes strict hygiene routines, isolating team members so they aren’t working in the same area as anyone else, and ensuring there is more than a 2m distance at all times between team members.


The safety of our workers and customers is our main concern, so this means there will be reduction in the level of service being offered during this challenging period.

We will not be able to guarantee next-day despatch of orders. Most orders will be despatched within 5 working days.

We are not aware of any current issues or restrictions with our couriers, but will update our information if that situation changes.

Returns - Refunds & Exchanges

Pantherella give you 28 days to return your products. All goods returned must be in a new unused condition together with all tags and label intact and in a suitable condition to be resold. Your statutory rights are not affected.
