  • What is the VIPoints?
    VIPoints is our loyalty program, aimed at rewarding our loyal Pantherella customers. You will be able to earn points when purchasing with us, and for completing certain activities on site. The more points you earn the more you can use against future purchases.
  • Who can join?
    Everyone can join VIPoints! If you have an account, please login and click on VIPoints or the Sign In tab. If you don’t yet have an account, go to the VIPoints on the homepage and create an account, you will then be auto-enrolled into Pantherella’s VIPoints loyalty programme.
  • How do I become a member?
    You will be able to join VIPoints by creating an account via Pantherella.com. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program.
  • How do I earn points?
    You’ll earn 5 reward points per £1 you spend; points should arrive in your Pantherella account within 14 days after your order date. But you can also get rewarded for certain activities like signing up as a registered Pantherella customer. Please note points will not be transferred from one site/account to another.
  • What if I return an item?
    Should you return a product back to us any pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
  • How soon will my points be credited to my account after purchase?
    Points should arrive in your account within 14 days after your order date.
  • How do I view my points balance? Why are there are no points in my account?
    Our rewards balance is displayed via 'my account' once you’ve logged into your account. If you do not see any points in your account, be sure that you are logged into the correct regional site. Points for the UK, US, EU and ROTW sites are not shared, so you must be logged into the correct site to see the corresponding points balance.
  • When do my points expire?
    Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, this will then be cancelled from your Pantherella account.
  • How do I convert my points into a voucher code?
    To convert your points into a voucher code, please follow the steps below:
    • Log in to your account, navigate to the VIP Points page and scroll down to the 'Rewards' section.
    • Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, click on 'Get Reward' and then click on 'Redeem'.
    • You will be given a unique 16 digit discount code that you can copy and save for your purchase.
    • Please bear in mind that only one promotional code can be used per order (i.e., you cannot combine a promotional discount code and a VIP rewards code in the same basket).
    • Minimum purchase fees apply to all VIPoints voucher codes
    Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or points. Shipping and handling fees are not eligible for rewards.VIP
  • Will I be able to earn/redeem points if I purchase Pantherella items at another store/retailer?
    Our loyalty programme is an online only exclusive programme and is only available to those who have created an online account with us. You will not be able to use these vouchers anywhere else.
  • How do I unsubscribe from the VIPoints Programme?
    <p>You can leave at any time, cancellation requests are to be sent to our <a href="https://www.pantherella.com/contact/media-form">enquiry inbox</a>. Please note you’ll lose all points earned and access to the programme.</p>
