Gift cards are sent out with Free Delivery, so please select the Free Delivery option during the checkout process.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Cards may be used for purchases on the Official Pantherella website only. The value on the gift card can be used for product and delivery costs (please check our delivery information for shipping costs to your part of the world). Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or used as payment for any other purpose other than for purchases on the Official Pantherella website.
- Gift Cards bought from the Pantherella.com website are in Pounds Sterling, and can only be redeemed on the Pantherella.com website.
- Gift Cards purchased from the Pantherella.com/us/ website are in USD, and can only be redeemed on the Pantherella USA website.
- Gift Cards purchased from the Pantherella.com/eu/ website are in EUR, and can only be redeemed on the Pantherella EU website.
- Gift Cards purchased from the Pantherella.com/rotw/ website are in Pounds Sterling, and can only be redeemed on the Pantherella ROTW website.
The funds available can be verified on request or at time of purchase on the website. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases on the corresponding Official Pantherella website. Pantherella UK Gift Cards expire 2 years after issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and no cash equivalent is available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
