Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, without warning and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access the Pantherella website.

1. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
a ) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
b ) you are at least 18 years old.
2. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order (including VAT where applicable) before your order can be accepted.
3. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation and the Contract will relate only to those Products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation.
4. Please note that customs or duty charges may apply to non-UK deliveries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Pantherella payments are processed by SagePay the secure payment terminal that is Level 1 PCIDSS compliant.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or if your card has been used fraudulently Pantherella will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract between yourself and Pantherella provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the products and not used them. You should return goods to Pantherella in their original packaging and unworn. Until the returned goods have been received back at Pantherella's warehouse they are your, the consumer's responsibility, it is recommended that you keep a proof of return postage. If goods are lost or damaged in transit we may charge you or not refund you amounts that are attributable to their loss or damage. The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due if relevant. Our delivery services are set out on our website. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation email.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our Confirmation procedures. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you a Confirmation email, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Pantherella reserves the right to cancel your order.
Particularly in the following circumstances:
a) If there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
a) We do not deliver to your area; or
b) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.
c) If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is given as an approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your original order.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Whilst every care has been taken to represent the colours of Pantherella products in the most accurate way there may be slight variations. This can be partially due to the colour settings of your computer and monitor and partly due to the natural variations that may appear within the yarns used here at Pantherella.
Unless otherwise stated we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights of content and images on our website. You agree to not reproduce, duplicate copy or re-sell any part of our site without our express permission. If you use the site you are agreeing to use it for your own personal use, and not for any commercial gain either directly or indirectly.
